A learning, training and development consultant with more than ten years of international experience, working with technology organisations in Finland, Germany and the Gulf. My roots are in ICT, telecommunications and AI, so I can turn complex technical knowledge into learning that people actually use. I hold a BEng from the University of Bath (UK) and an MSc from Aalto University (Finland).

I started as a core network engineer at Zain Bahrain, running 2G and 3G switches, then moved into telecom training for Nokia products and into cybersecurity and telecom courses for German clients. I understand the technology I teach, and I speak the language of your subject-matter experts.

From telecom networks to learning transformation
- 2009 to 2011, Zain Bahrain: core network engineer, operating Nokia/NSN 2G and 3G switches; grew from NOC technician to engineer and project manager.
- 2013 to 2017, Bitville Oy, Finland: telecom expert, technical copywriter and project manager, then senior telecom consultant. Led the learning development team for Nokia and Kone training content.
- Since 2017, tfk technologies GmbH (opens in a new tab), Germany: senior expert and project manager, single point of contact for eLearning and instructional design, and now learning consultant. Telecom and cybersecurity courses delivered as eLearning, ILT and VILT.
