1. Who we are
This website is operated by SODEMA TRAINING PROGRAMS DESIGN (“Sodema”), an individual establishment owned by Ali Alwadi and registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (commercial registration 178637-1). Contact: ali.alwadi@sodema.dev.
2. Free tools and resources
The tools and resources are provided free of charge and “as is”. They support your professional judgment and do not replace it. They are not legal, compliance, financial or medical advice, and the outputs, for example ROI estimates, are illustrations based on the numbers you enter. We do not guarantee they are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Tools store your input in your own browser only; you are responsible for keeping your own backups.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the tools and resources for your own work and for your organisation’s internal training work. Please do not copy the site, resell the tools, scrape the site at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or attempt to disrupt it. We may block access that breaches these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, code and tools are owned by Sodema or its licensors. Content you create with a tool belongs to you. Third-party frameworks mentioned on this site (for example Bloom’s taxonomy, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick and UDL) belong to their respective authors and are referenced for education and commentary.
5. Services and prices
Prices and price ranges on this site are not a binding offer. Services are supplied under a written scope, proposal or agreement that we confirm with you before work begins; that document sets the deliverables, review rounds, timeline, payment schedule and any cancellation terms, and prevails over the summaries on this site. Prices are quoted in Bahraini dinars (BHD). US dollar amounts shown on the site are approximate, based on the fixed rate of 1 BHD = about 2.66 USD.
6. Ownership of deliverables and client material
Unless the written agreement says otherwise, after final payment you own the deliverables made for you, including source files. You remain responsible for the material you give us and confirm you have the right to share it. We keep your confidential material confidential and agree an NDA on request.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sodema is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its free tools, and our total liability for a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Links
We link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Skilleap. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these terms by changing the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. We will try to settle any dispute by discussion first; if that fails, the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction.
